Faculty of Dentistry| Mission and Objectives of the Faculty of Dentistry– Wadi International University (WIU)

The Faculty of Dentistry at Wadi International University aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Developing research methods, university education, and teaching principles in the specializations of dentistry by relying on medical and applied technologies and research in proportion to the requirements of contemporary scientific development, while encouraging faculty members to continuously develop their teaching and research capabilities.
• Developing the personality and creativity of dental graduates, encouraging excellence, and enhancing their ability to practice the dental profession professionally and at a high level while promoting teamwork in medical practice.
• Encouraging cultural, social, and sports activities that contribute to the intellectual, social, and physical development of students.
• Providing an appropriate educational environment that serves as an incubator for education, knowledge development, and scientific research.
• Encouraging cultural, social, and sports activities that refine students’ intellectual, social, and health-related personalities.
• Achieving the highest level of interaction and cooperation among dental specialties within Syrian, Arab, and international faculties of dentistry.
• Achieving the highest level of cooperation between the Faculty and its various departments, as well as institutions and organizations that share common missions, goals, and educational objectives.
• Improving students’ abilities to communicate in foreign languages to enable them to follow scientific developments and advancements, benefit from scientific cooperation, and participate effectively in student exchange agreements with foreign universities, including German universities.
